1) IF CANCELLED PRIOR TO 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED. IF THE THE CANCELLATION IS DONE 24 HOURS WITHIN 24 HOURS TO THE DATE OF THE BOOKING THE ADVANCE WON’T BE REFUNDED.
2) REFUND WILL BE INTIATED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS INCASE OF ANY CANCELLATION.
3) INCASE OF FALSE INFROMATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER TO STYLIST DURING CONSULTATION , THE ADVANCE WON’T BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER.
4) FOR EXTRA SERVICES PRIOR BOOKING FROM CUSTOMER CARE IS MANDATORY BEFORE TAKING SERVICE.
5) STYLIST WILL BE STRICTYLY DOING SERVICE IN ONE COMMON AREA OF HOUSE/FLAT.
6) STRAIGHT SALON WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SERVICES WHICH ARE NOT BEEN BOOKED OR NOTIFIED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR IN CASE SEVICES PAID IN CASH.
7) WE DON’T ACCEPT ANY KIND OF CASH PAYMENTS FROM THE CUSTOMER INCLUDING TIPS FOR THE STYLIST.
8) STRAIGHT SALON IS COMMITTED TO PERFORM SERVICE ONLY ACCORDING TO BOOKING DETAILS.
9) ALL THE SAFETY MEASUERS WOULD BE TAKEN SUCH AS THERMAL CHECKING, TOOLS STERLIZATION, DISPOSABLE ITEMS USED FOR CUSTOMERSPPE KIT ( DISPOSABLE FACEMASK, HAND GLOVES, SHOE COVER, SHOWER CAP & GOWN )FOR STYLIST.
10) STRAIGHT VESTA WILL NOT DO ANY HOME SERVICE IN CONTAINMENT ZONE SUCH AS SEALED HOME, FLAT, BUILDING, STREET OR ANY KIND OF PROPERTY.
11) THE RETAIL PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMERS BILLS WOULD BE SENT THROUGH OFFICAL EMAIL OF STRAIGHT SALON.
12) STRAIGHT SALON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE PURCHASED WITHOUT BILL.
13) PAYMENTS WOULD BE MADE ONLY THROUGH PHONE PE, RAZOR PAY, ACCOUNT TRANSFER & ANY KIND OF UPI TRANSFER.
